Who we are

What data we collect

• Your email address — used to send you a sign-in link and to identify your account.
• A display name — if you choose to set one.
• Your growing data — the plants you favourite, your planting plan, and which monthly jobs you mark complete.
• Anonymous usage events — recorded server-side (e.g. that a plan was saved). These are not linked to third-party trackers and set no advertising cookies.

Our lawful basis

We process your email and growing data on the basis of performing our contract with you (providing the service you signed up for). We process anonymous, aggregated usage events on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the product.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed immediately.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from your account settings. For any other request, email us at hello@growproltd.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted entirely within the EU. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU.
